Our top floor offers dedicated desk space alongside some amazing organisations working in journalism, architecture, digital animation, photographic retouching and community energy.
We charge £200 + VAT per month for your own desk, or £100 + VAT per month to share a desk with one other person, all inclusive.

The School
for Pop-Ups
The School for Pop-Ups is our in-house charity supporting Sheffield street-food startups.
We offer 1-to-1 mentoring, workshops and the chance to test-trade for 1 day a week in our downstairs café.
Street food brands we've helped get a start include Lovely Pear, Mong Ta, SHED, ShuJu Kitchen, TONCO and Yoki and Pellicoz.
And all that means incredible lunches for members too!
