Rooms available to hire
- Ground floor meeting room which can host up to 5 people
- One Space (1st floor) which hosts meetings, workshops, training events, yoga, fitness classes and more

Room Hire Rates
- Ground floor meeting room – £10 per hour
- One Space – £25/hr (max 4 hrs), £85/half day (max 5 hrs), £150/day (6 hrs or more)
Saturdays
- We offer free room hire between 10am til 4pm
- A £15 cleaning surcharge is required for events which include things like food or wood working
- We’d really like you to support our ground floor Barista at Union Coffee if possible please, if you’d prefer to bring your own drinks we’d ask for a surcharge of £60
Optional Extras
- Projector and screen hire – £15
- Cleaning supplement for events which include food – £15
- Hot drinks station with teas and coffees plus iced water, mugs and glasses etc – £60
- Refresh of drinks station for break times (clean mugs, coffee machine refilled, etc) – £10 per refresh
- Lunchtime Event Assistant to take lunch orders from Guests on arrival, and then bring lunches up to the event at the specified time – £25
Lunches
- We host a different street food trader each day from Monday to Friday, with our current programme here
- Lunches are £6 per head, with the total bill to be paid directly to the trader after lunch
- Union St can provide an approximate menu in advance and on arrival for Guests to place their order
- We’re keen to avoid event attendees waiting in a que for their lunch, so we’d recommend event organisers collect lunches at a pre-agreed time such as 12:15 or 1:30 to avoid the peak times, or choose the optional extra of a Lunchtime Event Assistant and we can look after this for you
Reservations

- To make a reservation please call Reception on 0114 250 1051 or click here to call
- Whilst your reservation is in our diary no further bookings will be entered at this specific time
- We’ll then contact you within 48 hours to discuss your needs and send you the agreed invoice
- Once you’ve forwarded confirmation that you’ve made payment we can change the status of your reservation to ‘confirmed’
